Recently relocated to the area, and my SUV needed an oil change, and tire rotation. I made an appointment online effortlessly, and was able to book Monday morning, even though I didn't even look into it until late Friday. The oil change and tire rotation was completed while I waited in the lounge. Joyce was my service writer, and she kept me informed, and came and got me when my vehicle was ready. She handed me the bill, then asked me if I wanted to use my points, which I didn't even know I had, so the service came out of my points, and cost me nothing out of pocket. My car seat was protected with plastic when I returned to it. How professional, and a breath of fresh air! I am very pleased with the service I received, and will certainly use Pohanka Ford in the future for all of my service needs. Thank you.
